{"id":33,"date":"2025-04-10T06:04:31","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T06:04:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cellcom.it\/?page_id=33"},"modified":"2025-05-28T00:26:09","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T22:26:09","slug":"garanzia-e-diritto-di-recesso","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cellcom.it\/en\/garanzia-e-diritto-di-recesso\/","title":{"rendered":"Warranty and Right of Withdrawal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last updated: March 10, 2025 <br \/>This policy applies exclusively to B2B (Business to Business) sales between Cellcom Srl and companies, professionals and resellers.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to B2B transactions, as established by the Italian Civil Code and current commercial regulations.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for B2B<\/h2>\n\n<p>Pursuant to Italian law, purchases between companies and professionals do NOT fall within the protection provided for private consumers (Legislative Decree 206\/2005 \u2013 Consumer Code).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2705 In B2B sales, the right of withdrawal within 14 days is not provided for, unless otherwise contractually agreed between the parties.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2705 Once the order has been confirmed and paid for, it is not possible to cancel it or return the goods, except for confirmed defects or non-conformities.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccc Exceptions: Any requests for returns for commercial reasons may be evaluated at the discretion of Cellcom Srl, but only with prior written agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal Guarantee for B2B<\/h2>\n\n<p>For B2B sales, the warranty is regulated by the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1490 et seq.) and the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The guarantee for defects and faults is 12 months from delivery of the product.<\/li>\n\n<li>The customer is required to check the goods upon receipt and report any defects within 7 working days.<\/li>\n\n<li>After this deadline, the product is considered accepted.<\/li>\n\n<li>without reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If the defect is discovered later, the report must be made within 8 days of discovery.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B2B Warranty Conditions<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f What does the warranty cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing or conformity defects.<\/li>\n\n<li>Technical problems not caused by misuse or accidental damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udeab What the warranty does NOT cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage resulting from improper use, tampering or incorrect installation.<\/li>\n\n<li>Natural wear and tear or accidental damage.<\/li>\n\n<li>Products with broken security seals or removed labels.<\/li>\n\n<li>Failures due to incorrect power supply, overvoltages or electrostatic discharges.<\/li>\n\n<li>Activated software, licenses, or digital materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty Procedure<\/h2>\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd39 How to report a defect covered by the warranty?<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1\ufe0f\u20e3 <\/strong>Send a request to <a href=\"mailto:info@cellcom.it\">info@cellcom.it<\/a>, indicating:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number and invoice.<\/li>\n\n<li>Detailed description of the defect.<\/li>\n\n<li>Photos\/videos showing the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Review and Approval: If the defect is determined to be covered by warranty, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.<\/p>\n\n<p>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Solution: The product will be repaired or replaced based on availability.
