This return policy applies exclusively to B2B (Business to Business) sales between Cellcom Srl and companies, professionals and resellers. Returns are not provided for private customers (B2C).<\/p>\n\n

Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n

There is no right of withdrawal for B2B purchases, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, we accept returns only in the case of:<\/p>\n

Defective or non-compliant products.<\/p>\n

Shipping errors by Cellcom Srl.<\/p>\n

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n\n

Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/h2>\n\n

To be eligible for return, the product must:<\/p>\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Be in the same condition as received.<\/p>\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Not have been used or installed.<\/p>\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Have all labels and original packaging intact.<\/p>\n\n

\u2714\ufe0f Be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n

Return Procedure<\/h2>\n\n

To initiate a return request, contact us by email at info@cellcom.it<\/a>. If the return is approved, you will receive:<\/p>\n

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/p>\n

Shipping instructions.<\/p>\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Cellcom Srl makes an error.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udeab Open or damaged electronic components.<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udeab Products on sale or sold as \u201cfinal stock\u201d.<\/p>\n\n

Replacement of Defective Products<\/h2>\n\n

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please report it within 7 days of delivery providing:<\/p>\n\n

\ud83d\udce6 Photo of the original packaging and product code.<\/p>\n\n

Once the problem is verified, we will replace the product. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.<\/p>\n\n

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n

If approved, your refund will be made via bank transfer or to your original payment method within 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n
