Return and Refund

This return policy applies exclusively to B2B (Business to Business) sales between Cellcom Srl and companies, professionals and resellers. Returns are not provided for private customers (B2C).

Return Policy

There is no right of withdrawal for B2B purchases, unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, we accept returns only in the case of:

Defective or non-compliant products.

Shipping errors by Cellcom Srl.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for return, the product must:

✔️ Be in the same condition as received.

✔️ Not have been used or installed.

✔️ Have all labels and original packaging intact.

✔️ Be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, contact us by email at info@cellcom.it. If the return is approved, you will receive:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Cellcom Srl makes an error.

Products Excluded from Return

The following products CANNOT be returned:

🚫 Made to order or customized products.

🚫 Activated software or digital licenses.

🚫 Open or damaged electronic components.

🚫 Products on sale or sold as “final stock”.

Replacement of Defective Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please report it within 7 days of delivery providing:

📸 Detailed photos of the defect or damage.

📦 Photo of the original packaging and product code.

Once the problem is verified, we will replace the product. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be made via bank transfer or to your original payment method within 10 business days.

⚠️ Crediting times may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our approval notice, please contact us.
